Clinically Proven Beauty: The Science Behind Nutricosmetics with Prof. Katja Žmitek

Welcome back to another episode of the Nutricosmetics 2030 Show, where we are joined by Professor Dr. Katja Žmitek to discuss the recent publication of one of our clinical studies in the esteemed Journal of Functional Foods.

A double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized four-way study led by Prof. Žmitek investigated three different formulations produced by TOSLA Nutricosmetics. The study was conducted with 109 healthy female participants, all of whom were recruited from Slovenia. The results of the study showed several beneficial effects on skin health. All the test products were able to improve dermis density, reduce wrinkle severity, and improve skin texture.
